We would like to invite you to participate in our survey.

We are looking for citizens and residents from Ukraine, aged 18 or over, who had to flee the country, and are willing to share their experiences.

The survey will take approximately 15-20 minutes to complete.

Your participation is voluntary and strictly anonymous. The information you provide cannot be linked to your identity. You may withdraw from the survey at any time.

At the end of the questionnaire, you will have an opportunity to share your story in your own words.
